Summer Nail Favorites

While I do my nails all the time, I never post anything about them. So, I have gathered a list of a few of my favorite and most used nail polishes and products from June, July and August!

• Revlon Nail Polish in Urban - This is a very dark blue color. I got it right at the end of August, and used it that same day. I love this color, and it's still on my nails now! It's very deep, and in some lights (especially when I was trying to get a picture of it) it looked close to black.
• Sally Hansen's Magnetic Nail Polish in Ionic Indigo - I had always wanted to try this stuff, because I had heard good things about the Essie version. However, I did not feel like dishing out $10 on one kind, especially if I wasn't going to like it. Then I found this at Target for only $5, and I could not wait to try it. It was great, and really easy to use.
• Sally Hansen's Sugar Coat in Razzleberry - I had never heard of this, and picked this up while I was at Target one day for pretty cheap. I loved the texture nail polish trend, and was really excited about this, since I don't like plain nails. It turned out just as cool as I thought it would be! It also may be a cheaper option for OPIs Liquid Sand polishes, but I'm not sure.
• Sally Hansen's Fuzzy Coat in Fuzz-Sea - I used this multiple times over the summer because I could not get enough of it! While it did not actually feel fuzzy the way I hoped it would, it still looked awesome.
• OPI Nail Polish in DS Radiance - I'm not for sure that this is the name of the color, but it is a silver color. I got this as a gift from the lady who does my nails, and I love it. I use it to do decorations, and just as a solid color. I used this over and over again throughout the summer.
• Essie's Nail Polish in Mint Candy Apple - This was a gift as well from a friend. I had only bought one Essie polish before this. I love the color, although it is so light, that it takes many coats to build up to the right color. I used this a lot though, because it is such a pretty and versatile color.
• E.l.f.'s Nail Polish in Nude - I got this in a pack that came with a purchase I made through e.l.f. over the summer. It is a very light, peachy pink color. When it is on, it does look sort of nude if you aren't looking very closely! I like the formula a lot, though. I used two coats, but one may have been enough!
• OPI's Matte Top Coat - I had been wanting a matte top coat for a long time, and I finally spent the money on it when I found one! It works well, and truely is matte. However, it does fade a lot if it is left on for a while. The matte lasted for the length a normal manicure would last without chipping, though!
• Dotting Tools - I ordered these in the mail through Amazon. I had to wait quite a while, but it was worth the wait! Once I got them, I just wanted to keep changing my manicure so that I could use them over and over. They work so well and make doing designs and patterns much easier than a bobby pin or other things would. They are also very cheap, so I did not feel bad spending the money on them!
• Trim Nail Care's 7-Way Buffer - I had a four way buffer that needed to be replaced. When I found that there was one that had seven different sides, I knew I needed that one. While some of the sides are excessive, and they do not all need to be used every time, it is nice to have the option all in one buffer.

I also liked blue nail polish in general, so there were some that were not mentioned that I enjoyed as well. If it was blue, I loved it.
